ME!!!!!! I have finally returned from a LOOOONG hiatus. Lots of stuff goin on in life hindered me, besides my own laziness. I dont have a scanner anymore, but I will be uploading some computer work. But anywayz...

Sorry it's seemed like i've been dead. EVERYONE in my house got the flu. i finally got it a while back. we were afraid it was swine flu. it's not. yay. still sucks cuz i got asthma, even though it isn't active. everytime i get the flu, i get pneumonia. which ends up puttin me in the hospital for days. all i've had the strength to do is sleep, play some games, and draw stuff by hand. sorry to folks i owe pics. i have a lot done. too tired to submit them all. and to ... it's done. yay. i'm tired. when i get over this i'll post up everyone's pics.

I apologize in advance for this rant.

I. HATE. RED. LOBSTER.

ok, anyone who looks through my gallery knows that i have a son. i love my son very much. i would do anything to take care of him. So i had a server job at Red Lobster. i put up with so much CRAP, i almost started smoking. and i DO NOT smoke. i had no other income besides that. they knew my situation. they knew that i needed that job. yet, they screwed me over just to fire me. before they did so, they even TOLD me that there was nothing i could do to stop it or get my job back.

Here's the story: I had an awesome table. They were rich, yet cool, which was rare when you're serving. The guy told me i reminded him of his brother who had just passed. his name was ALSO Phillip (which was weird). Anyway, long story short, their steak dinner took about 45 minutes to come out. SOMEHOW I got written up bcuz "i didn't inform a manager". Mind you i actually looked for one. They were NOWHERE to be found. That happened quite often. The table talked to the manager and explained how I was an EXCEPTIONAL server AND person. I STILL got written up. WTF!? I'm not a cook? I don't control how long the food takes!

So, anyways, now I have NO JOB, because the job I was about to get called them and they said i was negligent. Wow. You've already fired me, so i can't take care of my son, now you KEEP me from doing so!? ASSHOLES. Pardon my language. So, now i'm drawin for cash. Argh, that isn't goin so well either. At ALL.

This isn't for pity. I just had to get this outta my system. Anywayz...

I've decided to prove my art skills by opening slots for 5 free commissions. Anything you want. I need practice. If you like my work, tell others. If not, oh well. Note me or just post a comment, and when I read it I'll post the ppl up in this journal. I'll contact you if I need further details.
